So, I'd like to say that I started the day off exhilerated and ready to take on my kettlebell health day, but I'd be lying. I actually felt more like this:
But I champed it out. I had lunch at Panera and stuck to a salad, and had some crazy ground turkey and peas concoction for dinner. I did cheat, earning my blog title honestly, with a starbucks mocha (but I asked for less syrup...that's growth, right??).
As far as the workout, my husband, the great motivator, mocked me into actually taking on the whole basic kettlebell workout (which still fit into the time slot of a standard sitcom!!). I think I will get much better with my form as time goes on, but I'd say, for a beginner, I champed it out with minimal complaining. :)
